Summary

In this episode, Brittany Hagemann discusses how to deal with difficult clients in the esthetician business. She emphasizes not taking their behavior personally and instead focusing on communication gaps. The three steps she recommends are: 1) not taking it personally, 2) identifying communication gaps, and 3) setting and enforcing boundaries. Brittany also highlights the importance of seeing clients as individuals and not labeling them as 'bad' based on their actions.
